Are you accepting custom orders / Can you make me ______? 

I most definitely accept custom orders. I love nothing more than working directly with my beautiful customers on something specifically for them. Whether they've fallen in love with a particular stone or form and would like to create it in metal. All you have to do is get in touch!

Where can I buy your jewellery? 

Most of my jewellery is available through my website, or on my Instagram, @onesixteenthdesigns.

Do you have any jewellery currently available? 

Jewellery which is readily available on my website will have the 'add to cart' option.

What is Made-to-Order?  

Alternatively you may see a Made-to-order button. In these case the pieces for sale are ones that I make as they are ordered. Production time can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks.  


Store Policies

Shipping

All orders are shipped through Australia Post Parcel Post. If you have specific shipping requests ie Express Post, please contact me.

Returns

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. If you feel you need to return a piece for some reason, please contact me. Return shipping is the buyers' responsibility.

Repairs

If a piece purchased from me needs repair or a stone replaced, I will do my best to work with you to bring your piece back to life. Feel free to contact me and we will get your jewellery new again! 

I typically don't do repairs on pieces not made by me.
